2023! Seems so crazy to be already starting another year, but we have already decided that this year will be a stellar year.

We had a busy few weeks with UIL and wrapping up the semester, and I want to brag on our students and staff. We had over 90 students compete in our UIL competition and represent Stanton ISD very well. We were able to announce their names, but have had to do a grade level at a time due to the shear number - it was a great meet! Our teachers who coached them did a fantastic job prepping them and making sure we were in prime fashion. Congratulations to them all. Parents, we know that you too spent time at home making sure your child was ready and looking sharp! We appreciate you always willing to be a partner with us to see our students shine.

The first semester has seen great growth in both academics and behavior and we are proud of our students. Thank you parents for encouraging your child to always be their best.

Character Education

When we return in January we will discussing the character trait politeness. As we set New Year's Resolutions, it's always a good time to brush up on basic manners and how we treat others. It takes zero money and a small amount of energy to choose to be nice.
