Define Concussion
A concussion is traumatic brain injury that alters the way your brain functions .Effects are usually temporary but can include headaches and problems with concentration, memory,balance and coordination.
Causes of Concussion
if someone head gets hit hard enough the brain can shift inside of the skull and knock the bony surface of the skull.

- trouble walking
- confusion and saying things
- slurred speech
- unresponsive
Signs & Symptoms of a Concussion

- dinizziness
- feeling sick
- speech problem
- trouble thinking or remembering
Long Term Effects

You get a concussion it means that you have injured your brain and you need to give it time to get better That usually means rest.
Returning to School
going to school or doing school work also mean it could take longer for your brain to heal after a concussion when your brain does not heal as fast as it can it could hold you back.

- Watch out for others
- Do not play when you re injured

- a doctor will consider you healed
- you have no more symptoms
- you regain all your memory and concentration
