Lion's Link Friday Update
August 5, 2022
If you need accident insurance to cover your student for this year, please take advantage of this policy that you can purchase through K&K. It is very reasonable. The link is available at the bottom of the newsletter.
Additions to Open House Info
We also have a couple of additions to our opportunities that night:
- Booster Club will be selling past years' t-shirts and hoodies at a discounted price--be sure to load up on your spirit wear! T-shirts will be $5, and hoodies will be $10.
- The ice cream truck will also be here for Open House--who doesn't love ice cream?!
Open House will be on Thursday, August 18, from 5:30-7:00--please join us!
Corrections to Back-to-School Fair Info
- The ice cream truck will not be there, but it is coming for Open House, so join us then, too!
- There will be no dental services this year.
A big thank you to our custodial staff for the new shine on the gym floor. We're ready for basketball practice!

Extra milk and extra servings charges apply to everyone, including those on free/reduced lunch.
We would like to encourage everyone to complete a free/reduced lunch application. Some of the money we receive is determined by our percentage of students who qualify for free/reduced lunch, and the more families who can take advantage of this program, the more financial aid the district can qualify for. This paperwork will be included with enrollment forms.
Come to Open House on August 18th for a meet and greet with the new administrators! Representatives from the Board of Education will also be joining us.
