Parents, here is the information from our monthly counselor meeting held on October 29th

Remote Students:

1. How to pay: All students can pay online through skyward (left side of screen in blue column choose fee management, select your student at Park Crest, choose make a payment),

2. Choose a size: Fill out the google form:

Face to Face Students:

1. How to pay: You can also choose to pay online through skyward (left side of screen in blue column choose fee management, select your student at Park Crest, choose make a payment), or send check, cash or money order to school with your student.

You are welcome to send money however it's best to pay online at mylifetouch.com. You can search for Park Crest or enter the code EVTN4Q4TH.

Parents will have 48 hrs after picture day to still place an order online. After that, any students that didn't order will receive a proof sheet with their personal code to view and order online.

Due to COVID and districts limiting visitors we are trying to not have campus retakes but we will be having retakes at the Lifetouch office on Dec 10th from 2-7 PM. Parents will need to call 972-669-9200 and choose option 0 to schedule a time.

All families will have the opportunity to complete the second quarter commitment form

beginning the morning of Monday, November 9 - midnight Friday, November 13, 2020.

The link to the form will be emailed to all family members listed in Family 1 on Skyward.

Families do not need to complete the form if they are pleased with their current

instructional model selection. Only those families wishing to make a change need to

complete the online form. Q3 selections are effective January 5, 2021. The final

opportunity for families to select a change will be for Q4 February 1 - February 5, 2021.

Information regarding the Q3 selection period will be shared via E-newsletter and social

media posts beginning, Monday, November 2, 2020. A Skylert blast will be sent on

Friday, November 6th. All members of Family 1 will receive the link to the form on the

morning of November 9, 2020.
