Mac zedong was a communsit leader. He studied maxist (communsit) At Beijing univervity.mac zedong became a member of ccp (Chinese communsit party). he was the leader of the red army 100,000 troops. He was also the leader of the LONG MARCH that took place in 1934.

The nationalists party leader Chiangmai Kai and kai shek troops (700,000) forced Mac zedong red army out of southern China . Mao troops marched 6,000 miles west and north to escape. On the March 98,000 of the red army died. But although 98,000 of his troops died he met many peasant farmers across China. The farmers helped Mac zedong lead the China communsit revolution after WW2. Mao zedong wanted China to become a powerful country

Mao Zedong needed China to become more industrialized. Mac though he could get the farmers to make steel and work in factories. But he didn't think about who's going grew the food for all China to eat. Also Combined with drought and poor people Harvests millions of people died of starvation
