Friday Message:

Happy Friday, Sharks!

Oddly, next week is the last full week of the 21/22 school year. It has been a crazy-fast year, but we are hitting the final stretch. This week, students completed the math SOLs on Thursday, and 8th graders took the Civics SOL on Tuesday. Looking ahead, we have the 8th grade Science SOL next week on Tuesday and reading make-up SOL tests on Thursday.

The 6th and 8th-grade drama classes put on some outstanding plays this week. Great job to those who wrote, directed, and acted in these performances. We still have a few drama performances in the upcoming week, plus a big band concert on Wednesday night.

Coming soon: Memorial Day, Field Day, and the 8th Grade Dance. The last three weeks are blink-and-you-will-miss-it days, so hold on tight.

That's all for now. Take care and have a great weekend!
