Employment Prospect
This career is very open but also very hard to get into when there's a lot of people that have the same dreams and aspirations as you do. But there's a lot of teams and opportunities for you as well.
Advanced Prospects
There's Single A , Double A, Triple A, and the MLB. SIngle A gets the least of the four. The more you move up the more you get paid. Each MLB team has teams under them and those are the Single A, Double A, and Triple A teams. The more you improve, you move up.
Special Skills/ Traits Required
To be a Professional Baseball player you have to obviously be in physical shape and you have to be skilled in knowing the sport and knowing what to do at the plate and in the field. But there's other things that come with it like being able to deal with stress and have no problem traveling. You most definately have to be confident and have that drive in your body where you want to keep getting better and not settling for less than your best.
Educational Requirements
There isn't a educational requirement for baseball players other than being in high school and graduating. Players can get drafted out of high school but going to college allows you to have a better chance at earning more money when you get drafted again.

Advice
Advice I would give someone that is trying to be a Professional Baseball player like me is to never stop working. Don't let someone tell you that you can't do something because they can't do it. The great Alex Rodriguez once said "I love the challenge of the game. I love the work. My goal right now is to have a season next year that will make people forget about this one. I'll use things like this for motivation. I'm pumped. I'm hungry." This is my motivation every time I step foot on the field, and it should be every baseball players as well.
Something Unique
Ken Griffey Jr. and His Dad Ken Griffey both hit back to back homeruns on September 14th 1990. They are the only father son duo to hit home runs in a game in league history.
