Attention 5th Grade Parents/Guardians:
Students entering Grade 6 in the 2023-24 school year will be required to have vaccines according to the guidelines set forth by the state. This year the Decatur County Health Department is teaming with our school to provide an on-site vaccination clinic on April 11th. If interested, complete the consent form and return to school no later than Friday, March 10th for your student to participate. Any questions, please contact Nurse Holly.
Fifth grade wrapped up their prosthetic hand project with two guest speakers, Jeff Hartley and Lynnetta Mirick.
In Mrs. Hardebeck's class, the high school child development class came to celebrate Dr. Seuss week. They helped us make a hot air balloon craft, writing what we want to be when we grow up, and we used goldfish to solve addition problems. The high school students came up with the activities this time. All the kids loved it!
