2022 Ohio VEX IQ and VEX Robotics State Championship
Please take a look at the information below to help plan your time in Marion and feel free to share this with your students & families. We are looking forward to seeing you and your teams soon!
Food & Concessions
You can skip the lines for lunch and pre-order pizzas for your teams!
Cheese or pepperoni, $10 each.
Cash or checks accepted. Checks should be made payable to Marion Harding Athletic Booster Club. Payment should be made at the concession stand. Receipts available upon request.
VEX IQ Orders - Orders are due by Tuesday, March 1st @ 5:00 pm
VRC Orders are due by Tuesday, March 8th @ 5:00 pm
Harding Athletic Boosters has a food contract with the Fairgrounds Coliseum and they do not allow outside food to be brought in. State Event Partners have no affiliation with that contract. This is not our rule but rather the rule of the venue and we ask that you please respect this when planning your day. We are merely providing the pre-order option as a convenience for participating teams. Once your order is placed, concessions will handle all payments and distribution of orders.
Health and Safety Policies
Our #1 priority is the health and safety of our participants and volunteers. All local, state, federal, or any other government ordinances regarding COVID-19 safety procedures, social distancing, and best hygiene practices will be in effect for this event.
- Masks are recommended but not required for this event. If participating schools have different requirements concerning masks, we advise you to use your best judgment and follow your school policy.
- Spectators will be permitted but will not be permitted in the pit area or on the competition floor. There is ample seating available within the coliseum. Teams and spectators will be advised and encouraged to sit appropriately socially distanced from other individuals or groups.
Ohio Coach of the Year Nominations
We have an amazing community of robotics coaches in the state of Ohio! Please consider nominating a fellow coach and tell us why you think they are deserving of this award!
