Spotlight - MHS STREAM Transition Program
If you have been around Matanzas High School, you have seen the STREAM Transition Team at work all over our building. The students in the STREAM program have all earned their high school diploma, but have opted to stay at Matanzas to gain work-related skills, and learn how to navigate their world with as much independence as possible.
STREAM students are everywhere, making door curtains, collecting recycling, making copies, working with maintenance on the grounds, and even providing laundry services to businesses in the community. The STREAM students all love interacting with other students and adults at MHS, and they bring an abundant supply of love and joy to the building!
