What exactly is Amendment 1 about?
First Amendment allows citizens to have a full range in opinions and views. It doesn't matter who you are or what opinion you have, it's yours! But, a right to free speech and not fully in your say. The U.S. Supreme Court might have a say in the maximum amount of say you have in a situation.

What is the Second Amendment all about?
This amendment concerns whether the right to use and buy guns belongs to individuals or only to a militia. Even though the courts generally have held that the right applies to individuals, they have allowed the government to limit some rights of gun manufacturers, owners and sellers.
