3) Submit Financial Form & Pay $100 Registration Fee
4) Attend 1st practice on Wednesday, May 31

"What is BoosterHub?"
BoosterHub is a new online management tool embedded into our website. Families will create an account as part of the marching band registration process. Families will be able to log in to pay fees, track payments made, view current amounts owed, and view any money fundraised. This will greatly streamline the fee process! Fees can be paid online with debit/credit card or directly from your checking/savings account!

Any payment you may need to make outside of your payment plan, for your student's account, can be made online at the link below. When making a payment online, please be sure to include your student's name on the checkout page.

Food lead - will organize menus and volunteers to feed dinner to the band members and staff for band camp July 17-21, four home game tailgates (possibly five if we host a playoff game in late October) and our BOA competition in Kentucky on 9/16. The food lead also ensures there is plenty of stock of paper supplies (plates/bowls, napkins) and utensils for the season, and will coordinate the transport of same to/from the dinner sites.

Uniform Lead - will ensure all students are sized into uniforms during summer practices and will be the go-to for maintenance during performances and competitions. The uniform lead will be encouraged to find reliable helpers that can share the work. The uniform lead will also organize volunteers to wash the uniforms during the season.

The Band Boosters Board is seeking a volunteer to take the lead on band sponsorship. This job would involve helping us update both the current sponsorship brochure, develop a letter to send to potential sponsors, reaching out to our current sponsors to hopefully re-sign them for another year, etc.

This is an opportunity to make money for your students’ band accounts. See the link for details. Spots will fill fast and are not guaranteed as we are not the only group signing up…so act now. Students aged 14-16 can work with an adult; students aged 17-18 can sign up without an adult.

Just a reminder: working this event does not count toward the event shift requirement from the Marching Band Financial Agreement.

Currently slots are only available for race day, May 28.
