ATTENTION 8th Grade Parents & Students
All 8th graders are required to fill out a 4-year planner for high school. Your student has been given instructions on how to fill in the planner in their advisory class. Please note that these planners need parent approval. All the information about 4-year planners can be found on the VMS website.
Click here to access all information about 4 year planners: VMS website under the 8th grade section and click on the 4-year planner instructions video.
Here you will find the YouTube video with instructions on how to save and fill out the planner. (Under 4-year planner instructions video.)
You will also find the Course Description Handbook and the 4-year planner.
Please listen to the YouTube video, encourage your student through the process, and after reviewing your student's planner, click on the Parent/Guardian Approval Link on the planner and push submit.
Thank you so much!

Kodiak Coaches Corner
Congratulations goes to our 7th grade basketball teams. Both the boys and girls had an amazing season and we are excited to see the next few years with this group. Reminder to our athletes that their jerseys need to be turned in, fine cards will be going out next week for those uniforms not collected.
Tennis and Track are in full swing. The season will have it’s ups and downs because of weather so please be patient, as a district we will make a call on the event or match around lunchtime. Please follow us on social media (@ victorykodiaks) or look for an email from Mr. Pence. Also a reminder, that the sporting fees were due last week, students will not be able to participate (per WASD policy) if the ASB and P2P fees are not paid.
Finally, VMS will be hosting a track meet on May 13th at Meridian HS. This is a big event and we would love all to come and support the Kodiaks. We do need some help running that event and are looking for volunteers. If this is something you would be able to do please sign up using the link below!
