Happy Holidays
The staff at Mesa Verde wish you and your family Happy Holidays. Stay safe and healthy. See you in the New Year.
January 4-15 Campus Closed to On-Campus Learning
On December 17, the PUSD School Board voted to temporarily suspended on-campus learning for all PUSD students at all PUSD schools for a two-week period following winter break: January 4 through January 15, 2021. This temporary suspension is to help minimize the spread of any illnesses and reduce the impact of quarantining due to positive cases within our shared PUSD community. During these two weeks, students will NOT be on campus. This includes students who currently come to campus. Virtual Learning will continue for all of our students.
We continue with our preparations for reopening for all students who choose to be on campus on January 19, 2021. Virtual parent forum on January 13th at 7:00 to answer questions about logistics of on-campus learning.
Thank you for your continued support and grace.
All my best to your family,
Christine Donnelly
Principal
New School Schedule
The blocked days and office hours are the same - just different days. We shifted the schedule to move our late start to Fridays.
Attention 6th Graders
6th Grade Camp Update: In order to provide the safest environment possible, PUSD middle schools will not participate in 6th Grade Camp this year. We understand the disappointment this may cause some families. We hope you understand our decision is based on safety and the well-being of each and every one of our students.

Parenting and Supporting LGBTQ+ Youth - NEW

We will be working to understand the unique needs of each youth, finding common ground between youth and parents/caregivers, and exploring communication skills to best carry our message as parents or caregivers of love and hope for their future. This session is sponsored by the Caring Connections Counseling Center with Guest Speaker Kathie Moehlig. Enroll online TODAY at Poway Adult School.
