Remembrance Day Ceremony - Nov. 5th

We had our Remembrance Day Ceremony this past Friday to honour those who have fought and died for the freedoms we have. At the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh month we took a moment of silence to honour the family members from our school community who have served our country.

Please find below the Remembrance Day Presentation that was used in the classrooms. A huge thank you to Mr. Kobelsky for putting this together, especially the portion that highlights those who have served in our School Community.

Greater love has no one than this, that a person will lay down his life for his friends. John 15:13

Congratulations to our Jr. High Volleyball Teams!

What a fantastic year both of our boys and girls volleyball teams had. Their seasons came to a close this past week with the girls competing fiercely in their league and developing skills that will pay dividends in the years to come. The boy's team traveled to Fort Saskatchewan and played in the Gold Medal match. They battled hard in three sets but came up short and took home the silver medal. Congratulations to both teams on an amazing season!
