All of the breakfasts and lunches have to meet the USDA Guidelines for Nutrition Standards in the school for K-12 students attending school. All the foods have to meet the guidelines for healthiness. Everyone should at least eat healthy foods sometime during the day. You should also exercise daily and abstain from unhealthy choices. Staying healthy is important to you because your body won't be filled with junk and nasty things that come from unhealthy choices. So, exercise daily, eat healthy, and drink lots of water.
