Software Center!
One of the available programs to download from the Software Center on your desktop or laptop computer is Google Filestream!
Download Google Filestream and access your Google Drive and Shared Drives from your desktop! Files can also be made available to use while offline.
Don't see the Software Center on your computer? You may need to restart your computer a few times. When we came back to work, I had to restart my device about 5 times for it to catch all of the updates before it became available! Programs you install from here do not require admin approval.
Nearpod Usage
The good news is Nearpod has ramped up their sliver account so you can still do a lot if you don't have a district license!

Pulling Mastery Data
Need to pull Mastery for each question in an Assessment or other materials in Schoology? The documents below will show you how to customize your Mastery settings in Schoology and how to export the data.

Mastery Export - see how students did on every Assessment question or Schoology materials aligned to a measured learning objective (video will be added to this document later today)
If you are having issues pulling the Mastery Export reach out to your campus DLS!
Have students said they have completed an Assessment but can't see their grade? Look in your gradebook and if they did the Assessment, it will have a small symbol in the top right corner to indicate they have submitted something that you need to grade.
Also, you may want to check your settings on the course to ensure notifications are turned on for additional materials so you know when students submit.
Office Hours
We will continue hosting office hours as our schedules allow for those of you needing to pop in and ask us questions! We will be adding the days and times to our Google calendar and inviting our school groups, so be sure to check your Google calendar!! It will not always be the same days or same times each week, the times will be dependent on our availability. Be on the lookout!
