Drugs are a very controversial topic with many pros and cons, making it very interesting to cover
Certain drugs, such as anti-anxiety medication called Benzos, can cause memory loss in low doses, and causes blackouts and comas in high doses, resulting in amnesia
There has recently been discovered a drug called "Zip", which uses a protein called PKCzeta which causes the brain to lose its long term memories, though the exact causes are still undergoing research. These drugs inhibit your central nervous system functions and temporal cortex, and while we are currently unsure of the exact memory building process, this will cause your ability of sense to be dulled and your ability to retain information to fail.
