How to Live a Healthy-Ish Life

Eating Healthy-Ish

*Keep hydrated so your skin and body will overall feel better. This means water... not soda or other carbonated drinks

*Try to eat vegetables and fruits daily

*Portion your food... Do not eat 3 pounds of candy in one sitting

Living Healthy-Ish

*Exercise regularly- At least 1 hour a day

*Exercise your brain by playing crossword puzzles, word searches, & suduko

*Try to get at least 8 hours of sleep a day

*Limit stress

*Socialize & build relationships with friends & family
