With the arrival of April, that means Spring Break is finally here! Spring break is a great opportunity for everyone to take time to relax and unwind. While it might be hard to believe, the end of the school year is fast approaching. Fourth quarter is going to be busy. It is important to take time over the break to reenergize so that you can handle the busyness of the final quarter. And don’t fret, Student Services has planned a few activities to help with the stress of this quarter. Enjoy your break.

Parents can support students through testing season in several ways:
1. Be a cheerleader, not a coach
2. Ask students what they need from you
3. Lower demands and help set reasonable limits on commitments
4. Messaging matters - avoid setting a tone of pressure and validate the stress of exams
