Our Last of the School Year!

A Message from Mr. Netzer

Dear Skyview families,

I am amazed that we are already finishing our school year and that summer break will officially be starting after school Thursday. As a reminder, there is no school on Friday.

We have been able to get much of our lost and found collection returned to their rightful owners, but there are still more jackets, hats, and gloves that are in need of an owner. Please encourage your children to check the lost and found area one more time on Thursday, to make sure that none of the items belong to them.

Thank you Mr. Weaver for an amazing field day on Monday. If you were able to attend, you saw a truly phenomenal event for our students. This would not have been possible without the countless hours that Mr. Weaver put into planning and preparation or the willingness of so many of our families to volunteer their time before and during the day.

We also had a great turnout for our Summer Book Swap event this week. With your help, all of our students were able to select two or more books to bring home and enjoy for the summer. Thank you Mrs. Anderson and Mrs. Foster for sponsoring this event for our students.

I am filled with gratitude for our school and families and the countless ways each of you have contributed to the success of this school year. Your volunteering and support in the classrooms and at special events, your encouragement of your students during programs, and the collaboration you have shown are attributes that make our community the best in the Weld RE-4 School District. I want to thank you all, and wish you a restful and pleasant summer. See you all August 9.
