The Band Marches On!
Our Hockinson community came out in full force this past summer to support the Hockinson Music Program at the annual fireworks sale. With what started as the group expecting dismal sales and uncertainty around who would and could come out amidst the COVID pandemic, the event turned into a record year for this group. We want to thank you, the community, for your support!
This year, band, along with the other HHS activities, have come up with new and creative ways to come together to make music and some of the group will start practicing in small, in-person sessions.
Over the summer and early fall, some band members even met at Hockinson Meadows for a socially-distant, outdoor practice session. Other kids opted for private lessons. Regardless of the challenges, the HHS Music Program continues to forge on with boundless energy and determination to keep the music playing at Hockinson High School.
Please stay in touch and don’t forget to follow the group on facebook & instagram @hockinsonband and the website at www.hockinsonmusic.com.

One of the small benefits of remote learning is the access online to curriculum we couldn't offer in person. The following information is for student interested in the auto industry and from The NHRA Virtual Youth and Education Services Program.
In light of the ever-evolving COVID-19 pandemic and in accordance with the recommendation of state and local agencies, we will now offer a brand new digital curriculum to schools.
