PTO POTLUCK
You all are invited to attend a Pot Luck hosted by the school and the PTO on Thursday, March 1st, 2018, at 6:00 pm.
We will also be having the PTO Meeting and Summer Camps Presentation. The PTO will serve meat (Beef Gyro), bread and salad. You may sign up to bring some other dishes, desserts, drinks etc.
***Students will be given a free dress pass if their parent(s) attend the PTO Meeting!

New Students Open House!
Newly admitted students are invited to attend our Open House on March 22nd at 6PM or March 24th at 10AM.
Admins will give information presentations as well as conduct tours of our campus.

Parent meetings are not required for current 9-11th grade course selections, but are available upon request.

Summer Leadership STEM Camp will be hosted by Jolt Camp All Saints.

High School Summer Leadership STEM Camp
The program will include: Computer Science, Engineering , PRE-MED and Leadership with a Six Flags fun day to finish.

Harmony School of Nature will be hosting our 1st Parent Academy, Saturday, March 24th from 8:30 am- 12:30 pm.
This Parent Academy is for you the parents to come and receive training in subjects like College Preparation, Budget and Financial planning, and much more! It is our goal that this Parent Academy will empower our parents with the skills and resources they need to strengthen their and their children's life and educational success.

Announcements and Reminders
Dress Code REMINDER
Dress Code regarding outerwear in Student Handbook (please refer to page 17):
• No outerwear, such as windbreakers, jean jackets, or ski jackets, may be worn inside the classroom. Such items must be stored in the student’s locker.
• “Hoodies” may not be worn inside the school building.
What can be worn:
• School cardigan sweaters (with or without buttons/zipper) in solid red, white, black, navy blue or grey.
• Solid-colored, long-sleeve shirt under their uniform top in red, black or navy blue.
• Other items that are worn to school will need to be left in the locker before going to the classroom.

Meal Account Balance
Nutritious meals are available daily for a price of $1.70 for breakfast, $3.00 for lunch, and $0.50 for a la carte milk. Each student is provided a lunch account on to which money may be deposited. Households are encouraged to set up an account in School Cafe (www.schoolcafe.com) to view meal balances, make a payment, set low balance alerts, and schedule automatic payments. Payments may also be made in the school office.
Should a student’s meal account balance fall below $0, he /she will be allowed to charge up to -10 $ DISTRICT LIMIT. Once the negative meal account balance limit is reached, the student will receive an alternate meal. Alternate meals consist of cereal, fruit, and milk for breakfast; and for lunch, a sandwich, vegetable, and milk. If a student is later approved for free meals, he/she will begin receiving meals immediately. However, the household is still responsible for paying the negative account balance.

2018 Fort-Worth Regional Science and Engineering Fair
A huge congratulations to the #HSNature team for sweeping the State Science Fair qualifiers at the 2018 Fort-Worth Regional Science and Engineering Fair!!!
These students will also participate in the Texas Science and Engineering Fair on March 23th - 24th as well as the HSEF (Harmony Science Engineering Fair) on April 27th - 28th.
