This is a healthy meal that has ingredients from each of the different food groups.

The Burrito Ingredients.

With our own homemade tortilla.

The Burrito.

1. Put beef in crockpot for eight hours on low.

2. Grate cheese.

3. Cut up the tomatoes into small pieces.

4. Put everything and put it on the tortilla.

5. Enjoy.

The Applesauce.

1. Cut the apples and coring the Apple.

2. Put it in a pot and add a little bit of water.

3. Put a lid on it and simmer it for 20 minutes.

4. Then enjoy.
