HMS Principal Update

Hello HMS Families,

I hope your children enjoyed their (almost) full week of school. You should begin seeing more demands placed on your HMS students as it pertains to home and school work. It is incredibly important for students to start off successfully and with a positive home and school learning environment. Make sure you have created a space at home for homework and studying. If you have questions about either school or homework, start by contacting the teachers directly. Below you will find some important updates.

Curriculum Night:

The HMS curriculum night is on September 20th starting at 6pm. We will gather with parents in the auditorium. This event is for parents only.

PTO Meeting

The Stow PTO meeting will be held on September 20th starting at 7pm at Center School. You can leave HMS Curriculum Night and head right down to Center!

Sports Sign Up:

Fall Sign-ups: We will be using a new online registration tool called FamilyID. This is the same platform we’ve been using at the high school for many years. Details about this tool can be found HERE

Online Registration: All students MUST register online and have a current physical exam to be eligible to participate in a fall sport. All coaches, nurses, and admin assistants will have access to the shared google doc with sign-ups.
