Congratulations to our Pre-K students on their graduation on Monday, May 22. We can't wait to see you continue to grow in Kindergarten and beyond. Thank you Miss Carrie for all you did to make the event memorable.

On Wednesday, we celebrated Mass as well as held our annual awards ceremony. We were excited to be able to highlight the achievements of our Kindergarten – 5th grade students and are proud of them. The end of year class pictures taken at that award ceremony are below.

Thank you to those who have volunteered this 2022-2023 school year to assist and help our students and staff. We appreciate your involvement in helping create great experiences and memories for our students as well as giving special treats and support to our staff.

Join Mrs. Staton for a summer science and social studies enrichment for grades 3-5 on June 19-22 at St. Mary's. Morning session from 9-12 is on National Parks and the afternoon session from 1-4 is on Egypt. Students should wear clothes and shoes that can get dirty. Coach Tony Witt is hosting a Youth Basketball Camp on June 5 from 1-3 p.m. at McAuley Catholic. It is open to boys and girls in 4th - 8th grade. Camp fee of $20 includes a t-shirt. Contact Coach Witt at twitt@jacschools.org to register.

The Joplin Area Catholic Parishes invite all children entering pre-k (4-year-olds) through 5th grade to join us at Vacation Bible School (VBS) 2023 as we discover the hidden treasures of the parables June 26-30th. Monday through Thursday will be held at McAuley Catholic High School from 6-8pm. NEW this year will be a FAMILY PICNIC on Friday, 6/30! Mass at St. Peter the Apostle begins at 5:15 p.m., followed by a dinner for the whole family. Registration is $10 and includes a T-shirt.
