Sycamore Has Talent!

Sycamore's Annual Talent Show is this Sunday from 1:00-3:30 PM in the MPR. Christine Savage, Jeena Trexler-Sousa and Jessica MacLachlan have organized our performers into what is sure to be a delightful display of talent and courage, and you'll not want to miss it! The Talent Show is a family friendly fundraiser for our 6th graders’ trip to Outdoor Science School (OSS). Tickets are available at the door for $5 each (cash or check). This year's Talent Show will NOT include lunch as it has in past years. Instead, we hope you'll bring a bit of cash for our snack bar of goodies and drinks. All funds from ticket prices and the snack bar go directly to our OSS fund. Join us to support our student performers and sixth graders.

Outdoor Science School

In just over a week, we'll be sending our sixth graders to Outdoor Science School (OSS) in the San Bernardino Mountains. Students will engage in a week's worth of hands-on science and team-building lessons and get to know other sixth graders from Vista Del Valle and Oakmont elementary schools. As a school, we will come out to wave goodbye and we'll write letters to our sixth grade friends while they're away. OSS is a special event for all of us.
