FORCE FITNESS is proud to present our newest camp! The VO2 Max Fit program is designed to burn fat at an accelerated rate and prepare your bodies for any recreation or daily activity you engage in.
VO2 Max Fit is a high endurance athletic training program that involves repeated bouts of physical movements at maximum intensity with minimal rest periods.
VO2 Max Fit Training Camp
Monday, Aug. 5th 2013 at 6-7pm
Rotary Stadium, Abbotsford BC
This Camp runs Monday, Wednesday and Friday for a 4 week session.
2 Days/week $120
3 Days/week $140
10 day punch pass available for $140 can be used for any class up to 3 months
