Reminders
Please take a moment to review the protocols below as stated in the handbook:
ARRIVE LATE / LEAVE EARLY
Planned: If you need to arrive late or leave early (1.5 hours or less)
- Complete the Request to Arrive Late/Leave Early form.
- You must obtain signed approval from the principal first, then inform all administrators, the campus secretary (Mrs. Lopez), and your team leader via a group text message.
Emergency:
- Running Late-If you have an emergency and are running late you must contact all administrators, the campus secretary (Mrs. Lopez), and your team leader via a group text message.
- Leave Early-If you need to leave early due to an emergency, you must obtain approval from an administrator first, then inform all administrators, the campus secretary (Mrs. Lopez), and your team leader via a group text message.
IN CASE OF UNFORESEEN ILLNESS OR EMERGENCY:
1. Notify Mrs. Garcia by calling 405-834-9937 (leave voicemail) by 10:00 p.m. the night before or after 5:30 a.m. the morning of your absence BEFORE putting your absence in Skyward/AESOP.
2. Send a follow up group message to the following people:

Staff Affirmations
