There is no template or google doc. The format is totally up to you. The necessary elements (from this Office and Teaching and Learning) are listed below. Your Principal may certainly add to these as is needed at your school, Most of the information below is on your board every day and your curriculum is on Canvas and included in the links below.
If you need help or guidance or you want to share how you plan to create these- let's talk.
Just FYI- the SEL component is the Character Trait of the Month for example- September is Kindness!
This is simply to be sure we are all proceeding through the scope and sequence at a pace that allows us to get through the map. Please be in touch if you have any questions.
