Have FACTS Questions or Financial Aid Needs?
Maria Segovia is our new bookkeeper at our school. Maria is solely responsible for managing FACTS and supporting families with any billing, or financial aid needs. By adding this position we hope to better serve and support our families. Maria looks forward to getting to know you and working with you in the school year ahead. School Uniforms
Mills Uniforms is our official school uniform provider. All school uniforms must be purchased from Mills Uniforms. Please see the Dress Code link below from our website that reviews our uniform policy. Used uniforms are also on hand in the used uniform locker in the school front hallway. You can also visit Mills directly by clicking the link below. Our school code is 3369.
Traffic Flow
**If you have both a PK and a K-8 child, please get in the K-8 car line. We will dismiss your PK child with your K-8 child so you do not have to go through 2 car lines.**
PikMyKid
All Saints uses PikMyKid for our car dismissal system. Please help us have an efficient car pick up process by announcing yourself on PikMyKid and remaining in your car during pick up. A staff member will assist your child getting into their car. Please see the PikMyKid Parent Training videos below.
Literacy United Extended Care Enrichment Program
Need to drop off your child early, or need your child to stay late? Then take advantage of our Literacy United Enrichment Program to support continued academic tutorials and homework help support. This program is free of charge. Morning Care opens at 7am and Afternoon Extended Care closes at 5:30pm. When arriving for Afternoon Extended Care, simply call the school main number, 817-624-2670, to reach the Extended Care staff to pick up your child.
Lunch Program Information
We are excited to re-open our school cafeteria for a hot lunch program this school year Monday-Thursday. All orders are placed through the FACTS Family Portal. Ordering will close at 8am every morning and requires payment at time of ordering a meal. If you need to make changes to orders, changes must be made by 8am by emailing msegovia@ascsfw.org. After 8am, there are no refunds or credits for missed meals.
On Fridays, Home & School hosts a Pizza fundraiser. Proceeds from the pizza sales goes to supporting teacher needs and wish list items. Pizza lunch orders close every Thursday at 8am. There are no refunds after order has been made as Home & School places orders for pizza on Thursday with Little Caesar's.

Lunch Policies
Please make sure that your child has lunch with them when they are dropped off in the morning. NO FAST FOOD OR FOOD DELIVERIES will be allowed this year. Also no caffeinated or carbonated drinks.
IF YOUR CHILD DOES NOT BRING A LUNCH WITH THEM TO SCHOOL IN THE MORNING, then a school lunch will be ordered for them and your FACTS account will be billed.
Wednesdays are our formal lunch days this school year. On formal lunch days, we will be teaching the students etiquette skills and they will be using real dinnerware for their meals for both brought from home and hot lunch meals.
Spirit Store & Spirit Day
First Spirit Day is this Friday! Students may wear their school spirit shirt with their uniform bottoms and uniform shoes on Friday. Need Spirit Wear? You can order year around from our store below. Deliveries are made weekly to the school on Thursdays. Let's go Raiders!
Diaconate Ordination
Please show your support this evening for Mr. Jesus and come to his Diaconate Ordination at 7pm at Saint Elizabeth Ann Seton.
School Physicals
Thank you all that came out and supported our Back to School Night and Sno ball Fundraiser! It was an evening of fun and fellowship!
