Softball Conditioning

Softball Conditioning

Softball conditioning is on Mondays and Wednesdays (weather permitting) from 3 - 4:30 on the softball field and Fridays from 3 - 4 in the field house weight room. Please see Coach Jackson in room 204 for information and scan the QR code on the door to fill out the interest form. Current VHSL physical is required to participate.

Esports Interest Meetings

Esports Interest Meetings

Esports interest meetings and tryouts for Super Smash Brothers, League of Legends, and/or Rocket League will be held in room 49 on 1/19 starting at 3:30 pm. Anyone interested in participating will need to contact Mr. Borum in person or via email (Cborum@iwcs.k12.va.us) prior to the meeting.

Hockey Club

The SHS/SMS Hockey Club will start on Monday, January 9, and meet in the Middle School Cafeteria after school from 3:00-4:00 on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month. Any girls interested in learning or improving on the basics of the game from our SHS varsity players and preparing for summer conditioning and tryouts are encouraged to attend.
