After School Enrichment (ASE) & Early School Arrival (ESAP) 2022-2023

Dear MPS Families,

We had a great school year returning back to in-person programming and we hope you did too! As we wrap up this school year, we want to give you some information about enrollment for our before and after-school programs for the upcoming school year.

Please note that registration for the 2022-2023 academic year will take place on June 15 at noontime. The structural changes made to the programs this past school year will remain in place moving forward to continue ensuring a high-quality safe enrichment program. ASE and ESAP registration is for 5 days a week attendance. The ASE tuition rate is a flat rate until 6 pm, regardless of pick-up time.

We are happy to announce that tuition will remain the same this year and we will continue to offer financial assistance to eligible families.

2022-2023 Tuition

We are happy to announce that tuition will remain the same this upcoming year

  • ASE annual tuition rate is $3,060.00 per child divided into 10 payments

  • ESAP annual tuition rate is $1,020.00 per child divided into 10 payments

  • The first child pays full tuition, additional siblings receive a discount of 30% on the tuition rate


A deposit (payment 1 of 10) is required at the time of registration and it is non-refundable after August 15, 2022. Payments 2 to 10 are due on the 1st of each month September through May.

ESAP 1st child: $102.00

ESAP additional siblings: $71.00

ASE 1st child: $306.00

ASE additional siblings $214.00

Please note that when registering for our programs, you are reserving a spot. There are no refunds or credits for days not used, or carry-over of days not used from week to week or month to month.

Accounts must be up to date prior to registering in order to accept any new registrations.

How Do I Register?


Registration for both ASE and ESAP programs is online on FamilyID. We recommend creating an account on Family ID ahead of the registration date. Please make sure to provide accurate information, our staff does not have access to school information.

The registration links at the bottom of this page will be posted on the MCS Website. A reminder will be sent via email again on Monday, June 13 and registration will go live at noon on June 15th.


Payment Options

The initial deposit is required at registration to reserve a spot (online payment option only). Please notify the director by June 3 if you are unable to make the initial deposit.

The remaining balance will be invoiced through our payment processor My School Bucks. Your total balance may be paid in full or in nine scheduled payments due on the first of each month Sept-May (online or money order/check payment)

Payment options:

  • ONLINE Please note online payment processing fees apply. We recommend signing up ahead of the registration date for the One Pay Membership offered by My School Bucks a one-time upfront fee that allows you to make e-check payments for 12 months with no additional fees. This benefit applies to all Community Schools and Food Services programs payments processed through My School Bucks.

  • MONEY ORDER/CHECK: Payable to Milton Community Schools. 44 Edge Hill rd Milton, MA 02186. Please make sure your payment is received by the due date to avoid late payment fees and cancellations. A $30.00 fee will be charged to any returned checks.

Tuition Assistance:

Milton Community Schools is self-supporting and does not receive funds from Milton Public Schools or grants from the state or federal government. Tuition assistance is made possible by families who have paid full tuition.

An amount of assistance is set aside each year and distributed in advance of the school year among qualified applicants according to income eligibility. If you need assistance, please email MCS Director to request an application. The application deadline is July 1
