Canceling Field Trips/Events
In order to keep positive relationships with vendors, and also for us to plan events with the correct number of supplies, please be careful to sign up for trips and events that you will likely be able to attend. We understand that illnesses can make plans to change at the last minute. We definitely understand that. You are able to cancel, when you know in advance, on your own in the FTE up until the closing date. You can really help us out by paying careful attention to that date in the FTE and canceling prior to that date if you need to. We use this date to give vendors final numbers, and also to purchase and provide enough materials. If we find out after that date, supplies have been purchased and vendors have been notified, and it does not allow us to replace your spot. We are getting quite a few cancelations a couple of days before events. We understand that this is all new, and we are figuring it out with you. No worries. If we could minimize this with open communication that would be great. Also, please make sure you register for each and every event and trip. Thank you for understanding. See you on an adventure soon.
