Wrapping Up the Avoca Read-a-Thon

Here's to our students and families who raised over $5,000 in our first ever Read-a-Thon! We had a wonderful author visit yesterday and the students gathered together to learn about how to plant seeds of kindness and generosity in the world. Thanks to all those who helped make this event possible! Congrats to our top fund raiser, Mason, who bonded with me over a Cool Whip pie!

Report Card Updates!!

"Grades" will be available online starting Monday morning (the 30th). All new families will receive an email from our technology team with instructions for how to login and view progress reports online. If you have questions about how to log in to your parent PowerSchool access, please reach out to Beth Haugeberg at haugebee@avoca37.org.

Paper copies will also be sealed and sent home IN STUDENT BACKPACKS on Friday the 3rd. They will be sealed in manilla envelopes that have a signature sticker on the outside. Please sign your child's envelope and return it to school on Monday. As always, feel free to reach out to your child's teacher with questions you have!
