Account & Billing
On your Account & billing page, you can view the details regarding your plan type, billing period and also maintain your credit card information.
1. Click on "Account" in the upper right corner of your home page and select "Account & Billing"
This is where you will find information about your plan, login details, and billing information.
2. Scroll down to "Pro Plan" right under your account information
Here you will see what type of membership you have.
3. Below Pro plan, you will find your Billing Information and Receipts.
Here, you can see your Billing Date, Manage billing preferences and access your past receipts.
4. Scroll down to find "Newsletter and email credits".
This is where you will find out your limit of Newsletter Credits, how many Email Credits you have remaining as well as your Contact Limit.
5. At the bottom of the page you will find "Email settings", "Privacy settings" and "Delete account".
- Email settings is where you'll manage notifications about your newsletters.
- Privacy settings allow you to make your newsletter Public or Private.
- The Delete account section is quite self-explanatory!

Click Manage billing in the "Billing information" section.
How can I change my plan?
Click See plans in the "Pro plan" section.
- Please note: Downgrades will not take place until the beginning of your next billing period!
