HALLOWEEN NEWS
We are trying to keep our Halloween traditions as close to normal as possible.
- We will be holding celebrations in the classrooms, but they will look different
- Parents / Visitors will not be on campus
- Students are allowed to wear modest costumes to school on the 30th
- We will have a costume parade at 11:30. Parents/visitors who would like to watch need to line up (social distancing and wearing mask) along the sidewalk of 100 East and 200 North.

Remote Learning JHCS has remained COVID free and we are grateful for all of your diligence in helping us remain open. To be cautious, we will be doing remote learning Nov. 30- Dec. 4th. That way, any symptoms after Thanksgiving gatherings will demonstrate before returning to school. Watch for more information from your child's teacher about the requirements for that week. | Progress Reports Progress reports are being emailed today. The email will come from Mastery Connect.
| Class Photo Day Oct. 26th is our Class Photo Day and Retake Day. Please be sure to send your child to school in a white button-down top with blue or plaid bottoms. We will take the class photos with masks. It is a great way to document this time for history. |

- Collect the Chromebook when it is not in use
- Ensure it is charged every night
- Have your child use the Chromebook where you can monitor their use
- Do not allow your child to walk while holding the Chromebook
- Only allow the use of the Chromebook at a desk or table.
We appreciate your help.
