Shout-Outs
- Shout-out to our Freshmen of the Week from last week! Victori Adeniji coems to us from the Academy for Science and Foreign Language Middle School. Here at Lee, she is a part of the Photoghraphy Magnet. In her free time, she enjoys cooking and eating Nigerian food and acting in her churches drama team. Her favorite teachers so far are Ms. Simpson because you can take to her and she is very helpful and Coach B because she is funny, nice, and outgoing. After graduating from Lee, she plans to go to MIT and become a computer programmer. Amare White comes to us from the Academy for Academics and Arts Middle School. Here at Lee, he is a member of the Creative Writing Magnet and the choir. He has a twin sister here at Lee, enjoys singing, and is not sure what he wants to do after graduation, but he knows it will have something to do with writing. His favorite teacher so far is Ms. Renaud because you can ask her for help with anything and she will always sit down and talk with you. Congratulations to both of them for living out our #FamiLEE values so well!
- Shout-out to the band for their participation in the HBCU Culture Fan Fest this weekend! Click here to watch their phenomenal performance!
- Congratulations Jonathan Hullett and Steven Rodriguez for being offered band scholarships to Clark Atlanta University this weekend!
- Shout-out to our JV & Varsity Boys Basketball Teams for defeating Hazel Green on Friday night!
- Shout-out to the Lee High School students who came out to the MLK Challenge Day of Service on Monday! Students volunteered with the Downtown Rescue Mission, Legacy Center, Salvation Army, and did a campus cleanup!
