Charlie Chaplin's first debut was when he was five years old, when his mother's voice cracked on stage.

In 1914, Charlie made his first debut in a film, called “”Making a Living” To make himself unique from other movie producers he made himself as the lead role. People called him “The Tramp”. They got their first taste of them in “The Kid Auto Races” in Venice. During his first year, he made 14 films, soon he was named, by the public, “The Tramp. In 1930, he released a movie called “City Lights.”
In 1943, Charlie Chaplin married Oona O’Neil, the daughter of the play writer Eugene O’Neil. They had eight kids together. Later in his life he was exiled from the United States, he and his family left for Europe.
