Your feedback will help us learn & grow...

Each year, Jen and I set professional and personal goals to help us continue to learn and grow as principals. We both are reflective about our practice, and want to improve each and every day.

It's very important to us that your voices are a part of that process. We'd like to invite you to share with us your thoughts and reflections about our work, and the support that we've provided to you. We want to know what we should continue doing, what we should do more of, and anything else that you think we need to know as we reflect on our own practice.

We would appreciate it if you would each take a few minutes in the next week or so to provide us with your feedback in the format of an anonymous and short survey. There are two links below - one for Jen and one for me. Thank you so much in advance for your words - we will use them for reflection, learning, and growth.
