WHAT IS A PREFERRED CUSTOMER

As a PC you receive 10% off products always and free shipping on $80+ orders as often as once per month. This can save you a fortune, even if you don't order that often.


Please note that if your products total less than $80, you don't receive free shipping. But you'll still receive 10% off!


You can delay orders (1 or 2 months at a time and you can request multiple delays at the same time). In fact, if you're not using up all your products every 2-3 months, you can push your current order out 6 months and simply let me know when you need some products and we'll get it processed early. On which note:


To order products and receive your free shipping on a date other than you replenishment date, shoot me a note and I'll call it in so it's processed as your replenishment. This will push your next replenishment out to 2 mos from that date.

CHANGES TO MONITORING PC ACCOUNTS

Dearest Preferred Customers, most of you have become accustomed to receiving a note from me when you have an replenishment order coming up.


Due to website upgrades, as of this month I am no longer receiving accurate information on who has upcoming orders.


R+F Corporate will always send you an email 5 days before an order is going to process. It is now imperative that you note this email and either follow up on it by logging into your account, or send me a note letting me know how I can help you (edit your order or delay your order).


I will still be checking in on my end and following up with you but I cannot be the only source of reminding now!


If the PC replenishment program is not the right fit for you, I completely understand. If you'd like to cancel your PC account, you will still be able to purchase products at any time, you'll just pay 10% more as well as shipping.


Do not misunderstand me! I value each one of you. But the PC program should be one of substantial benefit to you. I only want you to receive shipments you elect to receive! I need us to work together to manage your accounts and want to be upfront with you that right now I cannot manage them alone.

With our holiday season upon us, I am realizing how much I have to be thankful for, and one of the things I am most thankful for is my R+F business and each of you.
