Please complete this form during GWP between May 1st and 15th. Directions on how to check specific features are located on the form. School messengers will be generated to notify parent(s) of any broken or missing components. We tried to space it out enough where you could do 4-5 kids each time you meet and not feel overwhelmed. If you have any questions, please let Katie Pardee or Nan Brown know.
Please MAKE SURE the student number is correct (that is how the school messenger is generated- if this is wrong, it messes up the whole process).
Advisory Survey- Please complete
Please complete this Microsoft Form to provide our Advisory team with your perspective and feedback from this semester. It is what they use to shape the Advisory lessons for the future. Please take time during GWP to complete it—you will have questions on the survey that ask for opinions from your advisory group.
