Team Amira Time
Welcome Our New Kindergarten Teacher...
I received my Bachelor's Degree from UWGB and my Master's Degree from Cardinal Stritch University. In the past, I have worked in the special education department at Wilson Elementary School and Horace Mann Middle School. I also taught for several years at Lake Country Academy.
I love being outside in the summer-I love warm weather! I also love reading and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen. I have a 7 (almost 8) year old daughter named Jillian who occupies the rest of my free time. I am very excited to be starting my journey at Seton and cannot wait to see what the school year brings!
Welcome Our New 4-8 Math Teacher...
Hello all my name is Mr. Kramper,
I am proud to be teaching 4th-8th grade math here at Seton. I am a 2019 graduate of St. Norbert College in De Pere, WI. Since graduating, I have been working with the Salvation Army and have been guiding the afterschool program at Pilgrim Lutheran as the lead teacher. I also have subbed at Pilgrim for kids as young as 4k all the way through 8th grade.
This summer, I will be working at an overnight summer camp in the south western side of the state. I enjoy playing Dungeons and Dragons in my free time with my fiancé and our friends. I look forward to working with everyone and your child(ren).
Best,
Patrick
Welcome Our New 4th Grade Teacher...
My name is Rebecca Kramer, and I am thrilled to be a part of the Seton Catholic School community!
This year will be my second year teaching, and I am very excited to spend it at Seton! I graduated from St. Norbert College in 2020 with a major in Middle Childhood-Early Adolescent Education, and I spent the 2020-2021 school year teaching Earth Science at Shattuck Middle School in Neenah, Wisconsin. There, my love of teaching was strengthened as I taught a diverse and vibrant group of eighth graders! My recent engagement to my wonderful fiancé has brought me to Sheboygan, and I'm so excited to make this beautiful area my home. I attended Catholic school myself from elementary school through my education at St. Norbert, so I am very happy to return to a faith-centered setting for education! In my free time, I love to read, paint, spend time with loved ones, and enjoy the beauty of God's creation on hikes and bike rides.
What I love most about teaching is making learning fun and lively for students. I aim to bring creativity and curiosity to my classroom, and create an environment where students feel empowered to wonder and ask questions. My main goal in teaching is providing a safe and understanding learning community where students help and encourage one another. I believe every student should be treated with respect, and as students learn in my class, I look forward to learning from them, too!
School Board Openings for 2021-22
From Home and School...
As the school year comes to a close, Home & School would like to thank you for your generosity this year through our fundraising efforts: pizza sale, fruit sale, Dollar Dress Up Days, Feasting for Funds and collectibles (Box Tops and Coke Rewards). Even though it's been an abnormal year, we were still able to raise over $6,000 which will go towards the playground improvements.
To close out the school year, Home & School has planned a "Field Day" for the students on the final day of school. We will have activities and treats on the playground for the students, including a "Field Day" t-shirt. We are also including a service project as part of the day, so if you would like to participate, we will be taking donations for our local Humane Society. Items can be brought into school anytime between now and June 9th. Attached is the wish list from the Humane Society to give you some ideas of their needs.
And finally, if you have uniforms that your children have outgrown and are free of stains and holes, you can turn them into the office before the end of the school year for our uniform resale shop. Please contact us at: homeandschool@sheboyganseton.org to get a seller number and the clothing tag. All items must be turned in with a completed tag pinned to the item. We will supply hangers. We will also have a collection day later this summer for those who won't be ready to turn in items before the end of the school year.
Thank you for a great year! And blessings for a relaxing and fun-filled summer!
God Bless,
~Home & School
