Week of January 7

Message from Melissa

We are looking forward to seeing your students tomorrow. I hope everyone was able to have a relaxing, fun-filled holiday break. I am excited for a fantastic second semester!

Please save the date for January 15th at 6:30 p.m. as the MTMS PTA is hosting a guest speaker for our community. Seth Wescott, a Licensed Masters Level Psychologist, will lead a discussion with parents about the difficult decisions our kids are faced with today. The Kickoff for 2nd year of the MTMS Bass Fishing Club is coming up. The club is open to any 6th, 7th, or 8th grade boy or girl who is interested. We will work on communication skills, resume building, safety, conservation, and yes FISHING! Think about checking out a fun group with great guest speakers, activities, tips, techniques and a lot more!

To join in the fun you must stop by Mr. Holtz room 101 between now and Jan. 7th. First meeting will be Tuesday January 8th and we will meet every Tuesday following.

Remember to stop by Holtz’s room and pick up your permission slip or you can’t attend.

If you come up with a good Fishing Club pun LET MINNOW!
