Important School Account/Google Drive Info for Seniors

Congratulations Seniors! You are almost there. As you are approaching the end of your time at FHS we want to make sure you can take what you want from your School Google drive with you. Your school Google account will be turned off and disabled on June 15th.

Please use this handout and video to help you complete this task. Even if you do not think you want any of your documents/pictures/work, it is best to transfer your files to your personal google account so you have them for your post-secondary experiences if needed. All questions should be directed to the FHS Tech Depot.

FHS Yearbooks

If your student did not pick up their yearbook last week before or after school, or during lunch, it is now located in the office.

All remaining yearbooks will be sold on a first come first serve basis. The yearbook advisors will sell yearbooks from the Saber Center Box Office right after exams each morning.

Graduation Update

Graduates were invited to a senior meeting this week. Rules and expectations for participating in Commencement were discussed.

This is a ticketed event not open to the public. Families of the Class of 2021were able to purchase tickets - there will not be tickets available at the stadium. Please do not lose your ticket as it is required for entry.

Information covered at the senior meeting is located on the Graduation page of the FHS website and can be viewed here.

As we have completed our initial ticket sales, we can now distribute the tickets. Tickets can be picked up in the FHS office this week Monday-Thursday from 11:00 AM-3:00 PM.

When students pick up tickets they will be asked to show a picture identification (student ID or driver’s license). If a parent/guardian picks up tickets, we will also ask them to show identification and verify that they are listed in our student information system.

Any additional tickets purchased from this point will continue to be $6 and will not be assigned to the same location as your other tickets/seats (as we have assigned seats based on sales through 6/4).

During graduation, Franklin High School will follow the health and safety plan for American Family Field. As of today, that plan and the mitigation details therein, masks are not required nor will social distancing be enforced. This will apply to our graduates as well as all of our guests.

Graduation Cap & Gowns

These items are still for sale in the office. For questions please contact Sue Bollis at susan.bollis@franklin.k12.wi.us.

Cap/Gown/Tassel Unit $45

Cap/Tassel $20

Tassel Only $10

Senior Yard Signs

Class of 2021 Families, Order your Class of 2021 senior yard signs here! Although the Classmunity website labels this as a fundraiser, we are simply using this platform for easy and efficient online ordering- the items are sold at cost and will be delivered to the high school for pick up.

Your student can pick up signs ordered any day after school.

Flowers for Commencement

The Commencement Group offers pre sales of flowers for graduates. You can conveniently pick up your order at their tent in the parking lot near the entrance of American Family Field either before or after the ceremony.

From the Commencement Group:

Use this link to take a look at our selection. All online orders will be available for pickup on site the day of the graduation. To retrieve your order, stop at the booth located conveniently in the parking lot near the entrance to the graduation before or after the ceremony. Note that once your graduate enters the stadium, you will not have contact until they exit and meet you in the parking lot.

Planning for the 2021-22 School Year

Just a reminder that Back-To-School Online Check-In (BTSOC) will open in August. Please watch for communications from the district in July for how to properly “Check-In” for the 2021-22 school year! As a reminder, BTSOC takes place in the PowerSchool Parent Portal so make sure you are able to log in.

If your child(red) is not returning to Franklin Public Schools next year, please contact your school(s) main office and let the office staff know. This helps us to not send you annoying messages over the summer! :)
