My Learning Plan Updates
My Learning Plan has undergone a make-over! Changes have been made by both Frontline Education and our new Professional Learning Team to optimize functionality and ensure the system works to further the opportunities for teachers to engage in meaningful professional learning.

Adding Activities
We have cleaned up the Add/Edit Activities form!
- Removed some of the unused fields: Finance Sections, Activity Code, etc.
- Shortened the form by creating a searchable department list.
- Revised the SubCode field to reflect current possible sources of funding.
- Added the TTESS Teaching Standards for clear alignment of learning experiences for teachers.
- Hours vs. Credits: We have been reporting both Hours & Credits, however; for reporting purposes, we only need to record one or the other. In order to clean up our form and the reporting features, we will only be recording HOURS moving forward.
Search for Activities: You can now search by STANDARD (TTESS Dimension) as an Advanced Search Option.
My Personal Goals: SLO/TPG
As part of the new TTESS Appraisal System, teachers will be creating and entering their own Teacher Professional Goal (TPG)/Student Learning Objective (SLO).

Out of District Activity
The "Out of District Activity" Form has been REWORKED!
- We will not use this form for PRE-APPROVALS. Any travel or conference needing pre-approval will use the forms and processes provided by the Finance Department.
- This form will be used AFTER the Activity has occurred, and allows teachers to request that the activity is added to their MLP Portfolio.
Important Information:
- You must start by uploading your CERTIFICATE or EVIDENCE of attendance PRIOR to filling out the form. Forms will not submit without the attachment.
- There is only one approval level-Principals and Department leaders will approve the request to add the activity to your profile.

- Online Catalog-There is now a new online catalog function! We will be holding training for administrators and support personnel ASAP!
