Second Grade Book Celebration

5/30/19

Parking

Hello RHE families,

Tomorrow morning is the second grade book celebration. The students are looking forward to sharing all of their hard work with you! When you arrive to the school tomorrow, you will be directed to park on the playground.

Historically, we have a lot of visitors during these events. I am asking for your help and patience when parking. Additionally, parents are encouraged to car pool. Our families in the walk zone are encouraged to walk to the event

Below is a picture from this morning's third grade book celebration. As you can see, we directed parents to park on the playground.

Please let me know if you have any questions. Have a wonderful afternoon!

Hello RHE families,

I hope that you had a wonderful weekend!

Our first young author, grade level celebration begins tomorrow morning. Historically, we have a lot of visitors during these events. I am asking for your help and patience when parking. Additionally, parents are encouraged to car pool. Our families in the walk zone are encouraged to walk to the event. I will be sending parents additional emails as each grade level date approaches. Parking locations and procedures may change with each event.

During this week’s visits, parents will be directed to park on the playground and in the parking lot. Staff members will be directing parents where to park.

Next week, with the change in car rider and bus rider procedures, parking will once again change. I will be emailing those parents directly regarding any specific changes and directions.

Lastly, we have begun the monumental task of preparing for our move. As a result, parents may see boxes stacked in corners of rooms, or you may see empty walls. Our teachers have always taken pride in their classrooms and creating the best environment for students. Our teachers are still committed to this task. However, with the moving timelines, we are required to start packing materials not being used for the remainder of the school year.

Thank you for your constant support. As always, please do not hesitate to contact me with

any questions,

Sam
