Field Day 2017
Movie Mania Field Day 2017
Thursday, May 18, 2017
Rain Date: Friday, May 19, 2017
Join us for a Movie Mania themed field day as students celebrate the end of another great year. Activities will include games that celebrate some of the kids’ favorite movies, as well as other crazy games that will keep them moving and laughing. Plus, we’ll have our special “Hollywood”-inspired photo booth. Students will play together, enjoy the benefits of exercise and spend quality time outdoors in one of two sessions:
Morning: 9:00-11:00 (Grades 3, 4 & 5)
Afternoon: 1:15-3:15 (Grades Full-day K, 1 & 2)
**Half-day Kindergarten will have a separate Field Day activity and volunteer coordination**
Prairie Point Field Day would not be possible without the help of our wonderful volunteers!
We have created an online volunteer sign up at: http://bit.ly/2on8yWR
Please sign up by: May 12, 2017
Please indicate which session(s) you can volunteer for. We will do our best to accommodate you being on the field when your children are. We also need water balloon donations. If you do not have access to the internet or have any questions about Field Day, please contact Rachelle Stoller at rocketwriter@gmail.com or Lisa Eloe at me-mrs-e@sbcglobal.net.

Your child is too ill to go to school if he/she has any of the following symptoms:
· Vomiting and/or diarrhea in the past 24 hours
· Shortness of breath or wheezing (not controlled with an inhaler if they have asthma)
· A cough that interrupts his/her normal activity or wakes them, or other family members at night.
· An undiagnosed rash unless cleared by a physician’s note
· Drainage from the eye
· Severe sore throat
· Fever- If your child has a temperature of 100° (or higher) in the past 24 hours they cannot attend school. Children are to be fever-free for 24 hours, without the use of fever reducing medication, before returning to school.
