Gates and Pick Up: School for all grades will end at 2:50 PM. Gates will open when the bell rings each afternoon.

New Vibe Boards: Each classroom has a new interactive 75" Vibe Board mounted. These interactive boards will help with student engagement and help support technology in the classroom.

Spanish Classes: Students in grades Kinder through 5th grade will have 30 minutes of Spanish each week. Students in grades 6th through 8th grade will be taking Spanish as a class each day!

iPads: Next year all students will have access to their own iPad device on campus. These devices will be used developmentally to support and engage students in what they are learning in the classroom. In grades Kindergarten through 5th grades students will be asked to keep the iPads at school, however middle school students will be asked to take them home each night. All devices are monitored and regulated. An iPad handbook will be sent home the first week of school.

Dear Parents,

Please be advised that for the upcoming school year your child needs to have the following vaccines prior to entry into their 7th grade year.

~Meningitis Vaccine (either MCV4 or MenACWY)

~TDaP Vaccine

As soon as your child receives the immunizations please send us an up to date copy, you can email the copy to haraujo@ollv.org or bring in a hard copy to the school office. Keep in mind these vaccines need to be received and turned in to the front office before the first day of school or your child will not be allowed to start 7th grade. Since PE wears athletic shoes each day, they do not need to be black.

Socks no longer need to be crew socks. They simply need to be white, easily visible without logos.

School supply drop off will take place on Friday, August 12th from 12:00 PM- 3:30 PM. If you purchased your school supplies through schoolkitz.com PRIOR to July 7th your school supplies will be dropped off on campus and therefore you do not HAVE to come to campus however you are welcome to come and meet your teacher! If you ordered your supplies after July 7th or purchased supplies separately we are excited to see you August 12th between 12:00 PM-3:30 PM. Middle School students can also set up their lockers at this time.
