Definition Chemical: A characteristic that is observed when a substance interacts with another substance.
Examples Physical: Color,size,shape
Examples Chemical: Heat interacting with ice,Freezing temperatures interact with water,When heat interacts with salt.
Non example Physical/Chemical: Chemical properties because they both have observing and one has interacts the other has without changing the substance.
Physical/Chemical Changes
Definition Chemical: A change in matter that produces new substances.
Examples Physical: Cuting your finger,Breaking your bones,Burning your hand
Examples Chemical:Melting a metrial in to a liquid,Fireworks,pouring kolaid in to water.
Non Examples Physical: Decaying,Burning your hand changes it to ash or nothing,Melting ice into water.
Indicators Chemical Change: Color,Gas produced,Temperature Changes,New substance formed.
